Conversational Designer

We're partnering with a healthcare-focused company dedicated to enhancing digital engagement, to find a talented Conversational Designer for a long term contract role, that is 100% remote (must reside in the US). There is no application deadline for this role. *Conversational Designer Responsibilities:* * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights from various data sources, including surveys, call center recordings, and chat logs, to understand customer needs.

  • Prioritize automation opportunities in chat and voice channels based on research findings.
  • Develop and refine customer personas to foster empathetic and user-centered conversation design.
  • Write and define dialogue flows for persona-based AI interactions that facilitate transaction automation.
  • Work closely with design and technology teams to establish interaction standards, data requirements, and voice/tone guidelines.

*Conversational Designer Qualifications:* * At least 3 years of experience in conversational design, with a portfolio demonstrating successful flow creation for chatbots or voice experiences.

  • Must have B2C experience and a huge plus if you have front end UI Design skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience crafting conversational content for digital channels targeting consumers.
  • Experience working within Agile teams across disciplines.
  • Knowledge of accessible design standards, including WCAG guidelines.
