The DCX Client Services - Salesforce Engineer will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by the company. As a Salesforce Engineer, you will support and enhance our Salesforce platform while maintaining alignment with Salesforce best practices and standard functionality. This role will be responsible for evaluating business requirements, recommending scalable solutions, improving processes, and ensuring our Salesforce environment remains maintainable, efficient, and standardized. The ideal candidate understands when to leverage native Salesforce capabilities versus custom development and can help guide long-term platform decisions that support growth and operational efficiency. Research-driven and customer-focused individual Role Details Industry: Waste Management Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST Workdays: Monday through Friday Written and spoken English skills: Very Proficient Salary Range: PHP 60,000.00 - 65,000.00 Job Responsibilities Maintain and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality. Design and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices. Configure objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and automation. Evaluate business requirements and recommend solutions that prioritize standard Salesforce functionality whenever possible. Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce unnecessary customization. Support data quality, governance, and system integrity initiatives. Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide ongoing platform support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Document system configurations, processes, and recommendations. Assist with user adoption, training, and process improvements. Additional Job Requirements 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and platform configuration experience. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and platform architecture. Experience with Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, and Security Models. Ability to analyze business processes and recommend scalable solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently. Experience supporting growing organizations and evolving Salesforce environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification. Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with integrations and data management. Basic understanding of Apex and Lightning Components (not required for daily responsibilities).
