How You’ll Make a Difference You will lead a mission-critical product pillar and define the 'what' and the 'why' for its future. Building the roadmap from the ground up by synthesizing market trends, competitive intelligence, and complex data sets. Navigating conflicting stakeholder interests and make the hard calls on prioritization. Owning high-level business outcomes (like retention or expansion revenue) and mentoring junior members of the product team to elevate our collective craft. Essential Job Functions Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for AI products aligned with company goals and market needs. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development. Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with engineering, data science, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Prioritize user experience to ensure AI products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet customer expectations. Define and track KPIs to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions. Manage stakeholders (executives, customers, partners) to gather feedback and ensure alignment. Ensure AI products comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards. What You’ll Bring to the Role Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred 5+ years of product management experience Proven track record of scaling AI products or platforms across an organization Ambiguity Scale: Ability to translate business goals into identified problems to solve. Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics. Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results on time and within budget. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to make data-driven decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
