About the opportunity We are looking for a Data Analytics Intern to join our Data team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is hungry to learn and build. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team to support strategic initiatives, dive into data to generate insights, and help shape how we think about our product and operations. Whether you’re coming from a technical background with a strong analytical foundation or a business background with hands-on data experience, what matters most is your drive, precision, and business curiosity. In this role, you will Support the team in analyzing large data sets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights Partner with business stakeholders to help answer strategic questions using data Contribute to the development, improvement, and monitoring of credit risk models used for underwriting and portfolio management Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help teams monitor key metrics Be an advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization What you need to be successful A degree (or currently pursuing one) in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related field from a top-tier university 1–2 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, either through previous internships or full-time roles Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with either Python or R Experience working with data through internships, academic projects, or similar previous roles is a strong plus Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Clear communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and actionable way A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work independently Motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced, evolving environment
