We are seeking a motivated Inside Territory Manager to drive revenue and deepen relationships within our SMB accounts and regional channel partners. This role focuses on net new business development, partner engagement, and pipeline growth across the channel community. The ideal candidate excels at building and maintaining strong partner relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and managing the sales process from lead to close. Primary Responsibilities Drive revenue growth and new business with a focus on end users and channel partners. Expand opportunities within existing SMB accounts by collaborating with selected regional channel partners and distributors. Support and engage channel partners to grow pipelines and increase revenue. Build relationships by leveraging knowledge of SonicWall’s technology, products, and services. Plan and execute marketing campaigns within the channel community, including partner recruitment. Maintain close relationships with channel partners, understanding their business models and processing annual business plans. Manage pipelines and opportunities through and with channel partners. Conduct outbound phone, email, and digital communications with current and prospective channel partners. Serve as a liaison between customers, partners, and the SonicWall sales organization. Required Skills and Qualifications Critical thinking and analytical abilities, with experience translating complex data into actionable business plans. Ability to actively listen and extract key insights from partner, distributor, and customer conversations. Proven track record in meeting tight deadlines, multitasking, and prioritizing competing workloads. Demonstrated self-starter skills and follow-through on assigned projects. Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities. Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
