Presentation/Graphic Designer

Job Brief We are seeking a full-time Presentation Designer/Graphic Designer with advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong experience in presentation production, document formatting, and visual communication. Approximately 60–70% of this role will involve designing, formatting, and refining high-quality PowerPoint presentations for corporate and client-facing communications. The ideal candidate will also have intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, and be capable of producing professional visual content aligned with client branding and communication standards. This role requires a highly organised and creative individual who can work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional design quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations, documents, and visual materials aligned with client branding and project requirements.
• Format and refine presentations with strong attention to layout, typography, consistency, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Create and edit visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Translate client briefs and concepts into polished, engaging, and professional visual designs.
• Ensure all deliverables are accurate, visually compelling, and completed to a high standard.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding project requirements, revisions, and timelines.
• Adapt to client-specific templates, brand guidelines, workflows, and presentation standards.
• Participate in training and continuously develop knowledge of design and presentation best practices.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including presentation formatting and template management.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

− InDesign − Illustrator − Photoshop

• Strong graphic design and desktop publishing experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, layout, and visual communication capabilities is required.
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, layout, and formatting skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and execute briefs effectively.

Desirable

• Previous experience in a corporate, consulting, or agency environment.
• Experience creating branded PowerPoint templates, presentation systems, and style guides.
• Understanding of print production and document setup.
• Ability to work independently and proactively manage workload and deadlines.

Education

• Formal qualifications or training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field are preferred.
