Epic Senior Consultant - Quality Reporting & Value-Based Care

This role will support the Quality team through data analysis, project coordination, and day-to-day operational support while continuing to build knowledge in Epic and quality reporting. We’re looking for someone who listens to clients and teammates, understands that each project and organization is unique, and is eager to learn. Experience with healthcare data, reporting, and workflow analysis is valuable, and prior Epic experience is helpful but not required if there is a strong desire to grow and obtain Epic certification. The Consultant on our Quality team supports the design, build, analysis, and delivery of EHR solutions for Nordic clients by partnering with operational stakeholders, technical staff, and internal team members. This role is intended to provide strong support to the team through data analysis, documentation, coordination, and execution of assigned tasks while developing deeper expertise in Epic and quality reporting. Key Responsibilities

A Consultant provides support to clients and internal teams on EHR-related projects in an analyst, coordination, and advisory support capacity. Support the Quality team in data analysis, reporting validation, and interpretation of findings for client and internal initiatives Assist with Epic-related project work, including documentation, testing, workflow analysis, and build support as assigned Gather and organize detailed requirements, data points, and supporting materials for client deliverables Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal team members to support project goals and day-to-day activities Analyze clinical, operational, or reporting workflows and identify opportunities for improvement Support testing, quality assurance, issue tracking, and follow-up activities for assigned workstreams Prepare documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and other project materials Work directly with end users and team members to monitor workflows and provide support recommendations Participate in client-facing and internal meetings to support ongoing work-product coordination and project status tracking Assist in developing and improving internal support documents, workflows, and processes Perform other duties as assigned to support team and client needs Participate in continuous learning opportunities to grow expertise, including obtaining Epic certification within the first 6 months Uphold and strengthen Nordic’s corporate culture Skills and Experience Epic certification is not required at hire; ability and willingness to attend Epic certification classes within the first 6 months is required moving towards full certification 6 years' experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, quality programs, or operational support 2-3 years of client facing project management experience At least 2 years of quality and regulatory compliance understanding and experience to include programs such accreditation bodies (TJC, DNV), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) programs, Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Health and Human Services, etc. preferred Understanding of clinical, operational, or quality workflows preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Exceptional customer management and service skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Ability to organize with exceptional attention to detail Able to work independently and within a team environment Demonstrated willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and regulatory concepts Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims Additional Details 100% remote position #LI-JD1 Nordic is an equal opportunity employer.
