Remote Interior Designer for Office Design Project

U Trust Insurance Agency LLC is a growing insurance agency specializing in commercial trucking insurance in the United States. We are currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer to help us develop a complete office design concept from scratch for our office in Vancouver, Washington. About the Project We need to design our office space from the ground up. The project includes developing the overall design concept, office layout, furniture placement, color palette, lighting, décor, materials, and the general visual style of the space. The design should be modern, clean, professional, and functional. It should create a comfortable work environment for employees and a professional impression for visitors and clients. The office design must also be developed with our company brand book in mind and should align with our corporate style and visual identity. This is a remote project. We will provide photos, videos, measurements, floor plans, and any other necessary information. Communication will take place through online meetings, email, and shared files.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a complete interior design concept for the office from scratch. Create the design with our company brand book and corporate style in mind. Review office photos, videos, measurements, and floor plans. Plan the office layout and recommend furniture placement. Suggest colors, materials, lighting, furniture, décor, and overall style. Prepare mood boards and visual references. Create 3D visualizations of the future office design. Provide practical recommendations for implementing the design. Prepare a list of recommended furniture, décor, and materials for purchase. Make adjustments to the design based on feedback from management.
Requirements
Experience in interior design, office design, or commercial space planning. Experience creating modern, clean, and professional interiors. Ability to develop an office design from scratch. Mandatory experience creating 3D visualizations. Strong understanding of functional office layout and workplace design. Ability to work remotely using photos, videos, measurements, and floor plans. Ability to provide realistic, practical, and implementable design solutions. Strong attention to detail and good visual taste. Ability to present ideas clearly through mood boards, references, layouts, and visualizations. Fluent Russian and/or English. Ability to start immediately or in the nearest future.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience designing offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, or other commercial spaces. Experience working with brand books, corporate style, or visual identity guidelines. Ability to select furniture, lighting, décor, and materials according to a specific style and project needs. Experience working with clients remotely. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, Planner 5D, Figma, Canva, or other design and visualization tools. Expected Deliverables Complete office design concept. Office layout and furniture placement recommendations. Mood board and visual references. Color palette, materials, lighting, furniture, and décor recommendations. 3D visualization of the office. Practical implementation recommendations. List of recommended furniture, décor, and materials for purchase.
