We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET Core / React) to join a high-performing development team focused on building and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend experience with C# and .NET Core, combined with solid frontend expertise using React and modern JavaScript technologies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications using C# and .NET Core (2.1 and above). Design and build RESTful APIs using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core. Develop and maintain frontend components using React and JavaScript (ES6+). Work with SQL Server and implement data access solutions using Entity Framework or similar ORM frameworks. Collaborate within Agile development teams. Contribute to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes. Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, and code quality. Analyze and solve complex technical challenges. Mentor and guide junior developers when required. Required Qualifications: Advanced English communication skills. Minimum 5 years of professional experience developing full-stack REST-based applications. Minimum 3 years of experience working with relational databases. Minimum 3 years of experience developing Single Page Applications (SPA) using React. Minimum 3 years of experience working with popular UI frameworks and implementing custom components and features. Expert-level proficiency in at least one core technology area. Strong experience with: React C# .NET Core 2.1+ ASP.NET MVC SQL Server JavaScript (ES6+) Node.js Git HTML5 CSS Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TypeScript. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their application in JavaScript. Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools. Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift. Understanding of standard Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Experience working in Agile, Lean, and/or Design Thinking environments. Behavioral Competencies: Ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned work. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously develop new skills. Ability to clearly articulate real-world examples of problem-solving and technical decision-making. Strong mentoring and leadership skills to support junior developers.
