Are you ready to shape the voice and visibility of a global healthcare company? As our Digital Marketing Lead, you will drive the global social and paid media strategy across all Embla Medical brands. From building brand awareness and growing online communities to accelerating customer acquisition and maximizing campaign performance, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting our brands with audiences around the world. As the go-to expert for social and paid media, you'll set the strategic direction, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with teams across markets to ensure our channels deliver impactful, always-on engagement and measurable business results. Your responsibilities ​​Strategy & Vision: Serve as the strategic architect for the comprehensive paid media and global social media roadmap, encompassing paid search, paid social, programmatic display, and organic social across all major platforms. Guide and mentor the paid media and social specialists, and operationalize the strategy for all global campaigns and product launches, ensuring seamless and effective integration across channels and markets. ​Budget Management: Oversee the paid media and social media budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across platforms, campaigns, and global markets. ​Regional & Market Collaboration: Partner closely with regional marketing teams and in-market leads to align paid media and social media efforts with local business priorities, audience nuances, and regulatory requirements, while also coordinating with product management, R&D, and sales as needed. ​Performance Analysis: Review and report on the performance of all paid media and social media channels to key stakeholders, including senior and market leadership. ​Vendor & Agency Management: Manage relationships and performance with external agencies, ensuring they deliver on key objectives. ​Market Insight: Serve as a key resource for market leaders, providing strategic guidance and ensuring paid media and social strategies are adapted to local market need Our ideal candidate Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in paid media and social media. Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid media and social media strategies at a global or multi-market scale. Strong understanding of paid media channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic display) and major social media platforms, including content strategy, community management, and platform-specific best practices. Direct, hands-on experience growing and maintaining corporate social media accounts, ideally within a highly regulated industry (e.g., medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or financial services). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional, communication, and collaboration skills.
