The Client Services Officer will have the opportunity to: Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat, email, and phone in English. Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Assist clients with verification and KYC procedures in line with regulatory and internal requirements, while providing accurate information on account management, execution queries, and platform functionality. Troubleshoot technical issues such as login problems and platform navigation, and guide clients in using available tools and resources to improve their trading experience. Proactively engage clients to minimize churn by delivering personalized support, reactivating dormant accounts, and contributing to client retention through consistent follow-up and tailored solutions. Participate on Expos What will you need to be able to do the job? At least 1 year experience in a Customer Support/Sales position in a regulated financial services company. Fluent English and German language speaker. College or university degree. Detail orientation, organization and communication skills. Good capacity of Microsoft Office applications. Professionalism, work ethic, self-motivation, and team spirit. Positive can-do attitude. Flexibility to work on public holidays on rotation (Cyprus Time Zone). Morning shift 9:00 -18:00 Will be considered as an advantage: Any additional language will be considered as an advantage.
