Position Purpose Manages the results and Territory Sales Managers in their region and propose actions to ensure the delivery of planned results. Responsible for the achievement of revenue, goals, and KPIs of their region. Establishes and monitors deadlines, objectives and responsibilities for team while proposing motivational actions. Develop strategic plans, budgets, and policies. Analyzes market trends and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least 5 years of Sales Territory Management within the Pet Food Industry Ability to travel at least 75% of the time Lives near a major airport College Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management or equivalent work experience with demonstrated success. Experience successfully working in complex selling environments Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written) to a variety of audiences Comfortable setting priorities, managing multiple tasks and remaining focused in a changing environment Experience using Repsly and Power BI Strong computer skills in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Must be highly organized

Key Responsibilities

Be accountable for the revenue of your region, ensuring the achievement of the goals established by the company, while respecting the sales policy specific to each channel. Analyze, diagnose, and identify opportunities within each region to implement, monitor, and measure action plans that increase the company's market share for its products. Develop and monitor performance indicators for distributors (sell-in, sell-out, customer activation, product mix, etc.). Establish actions, monitor goals and performance indicators, communicate and track team performance, in pursuit of the company's objectives. Assign objectives and responsibilities to team members, provide guidance, and set deadlines. Support the development of the company's strategic plan by suggesting and providing input, thereby contributing to the achievement of company results. Monitor the company's market share and/or product performance, observe competitor activity and customer movements, to adjust strategies as needed. Contribute to the development of new products or services by researching and making suggestions in alignment with market changes. Make pricing and special promotional decisions, aligned with market needs, to ensure results and maintain the company's competitiveness. Analyze and monitor customer satisfaction levels, resolve customer and consumer complaints, implement service improvements, to ensure customer loyalty. Manage sales team by determining team size, recruiting and selecting new employees, to ensure an effective team for goal execution. Manage the work of the team by delegating tasks, monitoring results, and evaluating performance. Develop incentive plans aligned with established objectives to ensure team motivation and results. Identify training and development needs, monitor individual and team development to prepare successors and ensure effective task execution. Manage material and financial resources by monitoring their use and control, avoiding waste and unnecessary expenses. Create customer loyalty programs and initiatives aligned with company objectives to contribute to goal achievement Identify key clients, monitor their engagement with the company, to maintain a business relationship aligned with objectives. Help Strategic Plan, aligned with the company's overall strategic plan, to achieve the expected results. Prepare budgets, defining necessary investments and expenses, to maintain financial control of the company. Establish the sales policy and procedures, identifying opportunities and needs within the sales department, ensuring effectiveness in service delivery and results. Analyze trends and economic-financial factors, conduct market and competition research, to maintain the company's competitiveness.
