Your main tasks will be: Source and attract candidates for senior-level and hard-to-fill positions through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional communities, and social media Build, maintain, and continuously develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Proactively identify, approach, and engage passive candidates Conduct market mapping and talent research for key business-critical roles Apply Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify relevant talent pools Create personalized and compelling outreach messages to increase candidate engagement and response rates Continuously analyze, test, and optimize sourcing strategies and outreach approaches Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles We expect from you: 2+ years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing techniques Experience working with sourcing tools and platforms Strong written communication skills and ability to create effective outreach messages Experience with talent mapping is a plus English level: B1+ What do we offer: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full-time; Vacation 28 calendar days per year; 7 wellness days per year (time off) that can be used to deal with household issues, to lie down and recover without taking sick leave; Bonuses up to $5000 for recommending successful applicants for positions in the company; Internal gamified gratitude system: receive bonuses from colleagues and exchange them for our merchandise, team building activities, massage certificates, etc. Sounds good?
