AI Solutions SME (Azure + Power Platform)
CTG is seeking to fill an AI Solutions SME (Azure + Power Platform) position for our client. Location: Remote Duration: Contract to hire Position Overview We are seeking an experienced AI SME to support the ongoing operations, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise AI solutions across Azure and Microsoft Power Platform environments. This role will ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of AI-driven systems while supporting enhancements and governance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support AI/ML solutions deployed in Azure AI services Manage and support Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Copilot Studio) Monitor system performance, usage, and model health Troubleshoot issues across AI pipelines and integrations Implement enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives Support governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices Collaborate with business teams to optimize AI solutions Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and operational processes Required Skills Core AI / Cloud Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, ML) Understanding of LLM-based solutions & copilots Basic MLOps concepts (monitoring, retraining, lifecycle mgmt) Microsoft Ecosystem Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) Copilot Studio / AI Builder experience preferred Engineering / Ops Scripting (Python, PowerShell preferred) API integrations Incident management + production support Soft Skills Strong stakeholder communication Ability to translate business needs into AI/system improvements Documentation & knowledge transfer

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $70.00 to $80.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
