We're looking for a Systems Analyst II to join TELUS Health's dynamic implementation team—where you'll work on cutting-edge projects that directly improve how organizations manage employee benefits and wellness programs. What you'll do You'll be at the heart of our client success story: Drive real implementations – Configure and deploy our proprietary Health & Welfare software for major clients, watching your work directly impact thousands of employees Own problem-solving – Diagnose complex issues, develop solutions, and communicate your findings with clarity and confidence Collaborate in an Agile environment – Work alongside talented teammates in daily scrums, sharing progress and supporting each other's wins Design smart solutions – Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations that actually work Deliver quality work – Set your own high standards and take pride in producing outcomes that exceed expectations Grow your expertise – Learn industry trends, master new tools, and develop skills that matter in the benefits and healthcare tech space Be a team multiplier – Foster teamwork, share knowledge, and help colleagues succeed What you bring Your foundation: Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent hands-on experience) 1-3 years working in IT, system configuration, or implementation Your technical toolkit: Must-have: SQL expertise (MS SQL Server Management Studio is a bonus) Strong-to-have: ASP, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, or similar languages Nice-to-have: Experience with configuration tools, Microsoft Office suite (including Copilot), and Azure DevOps Ability to read technical documentation and debug like a pro Your superpowers: H&W Benefits and/or Payroll knowledge (highly valued!)
