Remote Real Estate Sales Representative – Established Company | Base + Uncapped Commission
Position Title: Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist Compensation: Estimated Take Home: $75,000 - $115,000. $2250/mo base salary, plus significant performance-based, uncapped commission Schedule:
- Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pm
- Friday: 9am - 5pm
- ***Saturdays: Optional but a quick ~9am-12pm shift is highly recommended

- Respond to and manage all inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and closing opportunities.
- Build rapport with potential sellers, understand their needs, and negotiate win-win solutions.
- Use CRM software daily to manage your pipeline and track all sales activities.
- Close contracts in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities.
