Responsibilities

As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to commercial line policy holders. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to commercial line policy holders, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Processing policy updates and changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assisting with claims and billing inquiries, providing clear and concise information to policy holders.
• Providing proof of insurance, ID cards, and reviewing proposals to ensure seamless policy administration.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions that meet policy holders' needs.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of AMS360 is desired but will be trained
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required Compensation and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
