We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals interested in building a career in the insurance and financial services industry. This opportunity is ideal for both aspiring Life Insurance Agents and Health Insurance Agents who are seeking flexibility, growth opportunities, and the ability to help families protect their future. No prior experience is required. Training, mentorship, and licensing assistance programs are available for qualified candidates. What You’ll Do
- Connect with clients virtually to discuss insurance needs
- Educate individuals and families on Life and Health Insurance options
- Help clients choose coverage that fits their goals and budget
- Maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments
- Continue professional development through team training and mentorship
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and coachable individuals
- Comfortable working remotely
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to obtain a Life and/or Health Insurance license
