Our client is seeking a driven and charismatic Catering Sales Executive to generate new business and nurture client relationships for their catering services in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, US . This pivotal role involves actively prospecting for leads, developing compelling proposals, and closing sales to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the catering market, exceptional sales acumen, and a passion for creating memorable events. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, industry events, and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing customized proposals that highlight our client's unique offerings, and presenting them effectively. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers is paramount. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction, which is crucial for repeat business and referrals. You will also track sales performance, manage a sales pipeline, and provide market feedback to inform strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or events industry. A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required. You must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and possess excellent organizational and time management abilities. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
