Senior Field Service Technician II – Robotics & Automation Denver, CO | Full-Time | Competitive Pay + Benefits + Paid Training Do you thrive on solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing your impact in real time? At NOVA Automation, we design and build advanced automation systems that keep industries moving — from robotics to material handling and packaging systems. We’re looking for a Senior Field Service Technician II who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, travel, and be part of a team building cutting-edge solutions. What You’ll Do

  • Install, troubleshoot, and service robotic and automated systems at customer sites.
  • Work directly on the production floor — diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and PLC issues (Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc.).
  • Use your tools and problem-solving skills to keep systems running — not just behind a desk, but hands-on.
  • Collaborate with engineers and customers to ensure smooth installs, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Travel regularly up to 75% across the U.S. and internationally to support projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience with hands-on troubleshooting of automation, robotics, or industrial equipment.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming/troubleshooting (Allen Bradley or Siemens preferred).
  • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude — comfortable “turning wrenches” and working in real-world environments.
  • Problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel and represent NOVA Automation at customer sites.
  • Veterans, trade school grads, and candidates with related field service experience encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates outside of Colorado with related field service experience encouraged to apply as well (relocation and remote work available).

Why Join NOVA?

  • Competitive pay + overtime opportunities.
  • Paid training & certifications (robotics, PLCs, automation systems).
  • Travel perks: company-paid travel, per diem, and relocation assistance available.
  • Paid airport club access and self managed travel with points.
  • Work with a tight-knit team at a growing automation company with global clients.
  • Opportunity to make a direct impact on projects and see results of your work.

Compensation: $40.00 – 60.00 hourly Ready to put your skills to work on cutting-edge automation systems? Apply today and join the team that builds the future of automation. Powered by JazzHR Apply To This Job
