Licensed Mental Health Counselor for Remote Telehealth Services

Position Overview Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and fully licensed mental health therapist to join our dynamic team providing remote telehealth services. In this full-time role, you will leverage your clinical expertise to support a diverse population of clients facing mental health challenges. Your work will primarily involve conducting assessments, delivering therapy, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care. This remote position allows you the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a supportive and innovative team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based tools and methods to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care that addresses the full spectrum of client needs.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, using your skills to de-escalate situations and provide compassion.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness, educate the public, and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working with a diverse clientele in Hutchinson and surrounding areas, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships will be key to effectively supporting clients navigating mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

Qualifications

  • An active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect and collaborate with diverse clients and professionals.
  • Exhibit strong cultural competence and sensitivity, effectively addressing the unique needs of individuals from various backgrounds.
  • Possess strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

  • At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, specifically in the provision of therapy and mental health services.
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms and technologies to deliver services effectively.
  • Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and evidence-based treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and credentials. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive benefits packages that include:
