We provide compassionate, personalized care — including companion care, personal care, dementia care, and overnight care — and we’re growing fast. We’re looking for a proven sales leader to help us own the King County market.
About the Role
This is a high-impact, field-based outside sales role for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing business. You’ll spend the majority of your time in the field developing referral partnerships and growing SeaCare’s presence across King County. If you’re comfortable asking for business, passionate about seniors, and want to work directly with an ownership team that values your contribution — this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Development & Community Outreach
- Conduct 10–15 in-person referral source visits per day across King County — hospitals, SNFs, rehab facilities, assisted living communities, geriatric clinics, elder law attorneys, and physician offices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital discharge planners, SNF social workers, home health liaisons, and community partners
- Manage key referral accounts with a focus on retention and consistent referral growth
- Represent SeaCare at community events, senior expos, health fairs, and networking groups
- Educate referral partners on SeaCare’s home care solutions and service differentiators
Reporting & Operations
- Track KPIs including referral visits, conversion rates, and census growth
- Develop and execute local sales strategies to grow SeaCare’s presence across King County
- Maintain accurate and timely records in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly growth goals
What We’re Looking For Required
- 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience in home care, home health, hospice, or senior care
- Proven track record generating referrals and converting relationships into client placements
- Experience calling on hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, rehab facilities, and/or physician offices
- Comfortable and confident asking for business and managing a high-volume field schedule
- Valid Washington State driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule across King County
Preferred / Strong Plus
- Existing referral relationships with discharge planners or social workers in King County or the greater Seattle area
- Clinical background (CNA, HCA, or similar)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration (preferred, not required)
Compensation & Benefits SeaCare offers competitive compensation with a base salary of $65,000–$90,000 depending on experience, plus commission. Benefits include full medical coverage and a 401(k) retirement plan. Territory: King County, WA — Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton, Kent, Auburn, and surrounding areas. Apply To This Job
