Summary

Our firm partners with multiple U.S.-based Managed Services Providers (MSPs) who are seeking to expand their offshore teams. We are currently hiring Remote Level II IT Help Desk Support Technicians based in Belize. This position involves providing technical support for desktop and server environments, including Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019, networking, and vendor-specific systems and applications. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for Windows desktop support issues
  • Provide daily technical assistance and troubleshooting for end-users
  • Assist with Windows Server configuration and support
  • Monitor system alerts and respond according to company procedures
  • Resolve escalated service desk tickets requiring advanced technical knowledge
  • Support new user onboarding (accounts, access rights, and setup)
  • Deliver LAN/WAN support and troubleshooting
  • Install and maintain network devices and related hardware
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow service delivery standards Qualifications & Requirements
  • Previous MSP experience is mandatory
  • At least 3 years of IT support experience in roles such as Help Desk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Analyst
  • Familiarity with Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) tools (ConnectWise, Kaseya, Ninja, etc.)
  • Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) / ticketing systems, such as Autotask
  • Background in firewall and network support (SonicWall, Meraki preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across servers, networks, and workstations
  • Experienced in Cloud-based environments
  • Excellent customer service with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dependable and detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic
