Remote Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) for Educational Settings
Role Overview Positive Intentions, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a remote capacity. This full-time position focuses on providing vital mental health support within a school environment, helping students navigate their emotional and social challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for students to address mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with educators and parents to create a supportive learning environment.
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to the needs of each student.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to students in need.
- Maintain accurate records of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Stay informed on best practices and trends in school mental health services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Current LCSW licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
