What You Will Be Doing As a Live Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on our clients' websites and social media accounts. This may include support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses that resolve customer inquiries and enhance their experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on clients' websites and social media accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards Contract Length and Rate
- No fixed term contract
- Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour Skills and Background Needed
- A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- 10+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Hours and Location
