Designer for Hospitality Setting
We are seeking a talented architect, hospitality designer, or interior designer to help optimize the customer experience and commercial performance of our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing spaces that enhance both customer satisfaction and business profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing current layouts, suggesting improvements, and collaborating with our team to implement changes. # Hospitality Architect / Interior Designer Needed for Premium Lifestyle Destination (Douala, Cameroon) ## IMPORTANT This is NOT a rendering-only project. We are looking for strategic design thinking around customer experience, circulation, operations, hospitality, family entertainment, wellness, and commercial performance. Beautiful renderings alone will not be sufficient. --- ## Project Overview SOMA Sky is a premium mixed-use lifestyle destination currently under development in Logpom, Douala, Cameroon. The project combines:
- Premium Restaurant & Terrace
- Café / Glacier / Fast Casual Concept
- Family Entertainment / Kids Club
- 200-Seat Event Hall
- Spa & Beauty Center
- Wellness & Fitness Center
The building structure is already substantially designed and under construction. We are not seeking a complete architectural redesign. Instead, we are looking for experienced designers who can help optimize the guest experience and commercial success of the project. --- ## Project Goal The objective is to create a destination where guests naturally spend multiple hours on-site and use multiple amenities during a single visit. Examples:

### Kitchen Strategy How should the main kitchen and support kitchen work together? Should the project include:

- Food lifts
- Shared production
- Shared storage
- Alternative service circulation
### Family Experience How should parents and children experience the destination together? How can parents remain engaged on-site while children participate in activities? ### Wellness Experience How should spa, beauty, fitness, and recovery combine into a compelling customer journey? ### Circulation How can circulation, visibility, and wayfinding be improved while respecting the existing structure? --- ## Deliverables We are looking for:
