As we expand our remote workforce, we are looking for motivated professionals who thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative environments and who are eager to contribute to a greener future.

Why This Role Matters – The Impact You’ll Have

In the ever‑evolving landscape of electric mobility, the ability to source, qualify, and scale suppliers quickly is a competitive advantage. As a Remote Part‑Time Data Entry & Supplier Industrialization Analyst, you will be the critical bridge between arenaflex’s internal engineering, quality, and planning teams and our global network of suppliers. Your work will directly influence the speed at which new products move from concept to production, the reliability of the parts that power our vehicles, and the overall efficiency of our supply chain. By ensuring that best‑in‑class practices are embedded at every stage, you will help arenaflex maintain its position as an industry trailblazer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and lead supplier‑related industrialization activities across arenaflex’s extensive supplier network, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timelines.
  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve supplier manufacturing and assembly strategies from early design phases through high‑volume production, focusing on quality, cost, and delivery performance.
  • Facilitate New Product Introduction (NPI) processes by collaborating with suppliers to meet technical specifications, schedule milestones, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive supplier performance improvements in flexibility, cost reduction, and quality assurance through data‑driven analysis and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between suppliers and arenaflex’s Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering teams, translating complex technical requirements into actionable supplier tasks.
  • Conduct supplier assessments to verify capability, capacity, and compliance with arenaflex’s stringent quality standards.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, and Manufacturing groups to define optimal performance metrics, supplier scorecards, and corrective action plans.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Assembly, First‑Time‑Right, and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance process robustness.
  • Guide suppliers in establishing resilient production cycles that support consistent, high‑volume output of premium components.
  • Approve and monitor supplier corrective actions, ensuring that changes are sustainable, repeatable, and aligned with arenaxflex’s risk management framework.
  • Provide strategic input on material selection for cost‑effective design, manufacturability, and sustainability goals.
  • Participate in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) audits, advising suppliers on optimal tooling, fixtures, testing equipment, and material handling practices.

  • Strong working knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Hands‑on experience with high‑volume stamping, molding, metal forming, and surface finishing processes.
  • Proven ability to lead supplier audits, manage corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Project management experience, including the use of structured methodologies to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel 40‑60% of the time, often on short notice, to supplier sites across multiple regions.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Skills

  • Advanced certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or similar.
  • Experience in automotive or electric‑vehicle supply chains, particularly with high‑precision components.
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, PLM systems) and data‑entry platforms.
  • Fluency in a second language, which can be advantageous for international supplier engagements.
