Dispatcher I
The Dispatcher I is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of audit activities, as well as maintaining audit-related systems. This role ensures all audit work is efficiently dispatched and completed in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs). The Dispatcher I delivers exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while driving operational efficiency and supporting company objectives. This position requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively. The role offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple levels of the organization and contribute to process improvements and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all audit activities for assigned clients, ensuring SLA compliance
- Monitor and oversee dispatched audit work to maintain efficiency and accuracy
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter expert on audit systems and workflows
- Train and guide team members on best practices and operational procedures
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address service concerns and improve processes
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure completion in a timely manner
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing new operational strategies
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned
- Assigned a region and responsible for coordinating and scheduling all audits within designated region(s) to ensure timely completion and SLA compliance
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, dispatch, or operations coordination required
- Experience with data analysis and workflow management preferred

Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
