Role Overview – 3rd Shift Customer Service Representative (Remote)

As a 3rd Shift Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our loan processing division. Your primary responsibility is to engage with borrowers during the overnight hours, guiding them through application steps, payment arrangements, and any inquiries they may have.
