As a Consultant, Global Equity focused on data entry and equity plan administration, you will become an essential part of arenaflex’s global equity team. This team safeguards the integrity of long‑term incentive programs, ensuring that stock‑based awards are accurately processed, reported, and communicated to participants worldwide. Key Responsibilities

In this remote, entry‑level position, you will:

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
  • Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and Stock Purchase Plan (SPP) matching ratio awards.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and SPP activities—to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, plan administrators, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the equity‑based long‑term incentive award delivery process and SPP enrollment activities.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reports to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity plan documentation, ensuring all policies are current and accessible.
  • Assist with additional equity plan administration tasks as needed, including data migration, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex data in a clear, concise manner.
  • Basic understanding of HRIS systems; familiarity with arenaflex (formerly Workday) or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high‑quality service to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in equity plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience with equity products such as stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and stock purchase plans.
  • Experience conducting data audits, reconciling large data sets, and preparing compliance reports.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements governing equity compensation (e.g., SEC, IRS, local tax rules).
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, or other data‑analysis tools; basic knowledge of SQL or scripting languages is advantageous.
