Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments when addressing complex customer needs

Booking Support

  • Guide customers through the flight booking process with professionalism and patience
  • Handle flight reservations, modifications, cancellations, and upgrades
  • Explain fare rules, baggage policies, and travel requirements clearly
  • Process payments accurately and securely according to company protocols
  • Assist with group bookings and special accommodation requests

Issue Resolution

  • Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
