Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Deliver prompt, courteous, and accurate assistance to arenaflex passengers via inbound phone calls, email correspondence, and live chat. Address inquiries related to flight bookings, reservations, baggage policies, flight schedules, and other travel‑related concerns.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently. Provide clear explanations, accurate information, and appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Booking Support: Guide passengers through the end‑to‑end booking process, including new reservations, modifications, cancellations, upgrades, and seat assignments. Verify data entry accuracy and confirm that all changes are reflected correctly in the reservation system.

Essential Qualifications
