Role Overview – Remote 4‑Day (Weekend) Shift Customer Care Agent

We are seeking enthusiastic, self‑motivated individuals to join our Customer Care team on the 2nd shift and weekend schedule. As a Remote 4‑Day Weekend Customer Care Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, delivering exceptional support via phone, live chat, and email. Your primary goal will be to turn every interaction into a memorable experience that creates raving fans of arenaflex’s products and brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, respond to live‑chat inquiries, and manage email tickets with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Diagnose customer needs, provide accurate product information, and recommend lighting solutions that align with each shopper’s style, budget, and technical requirements.
  • Navigate arenaflex’s order management, inventory, and shipping systems to resolve order status questions, address delivery issues, and process returns or exchanges.
  • Escalate complex technical or warranty concerns to the appropriate internal teams while maintaining ownership of the customer’s experience until resolution.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Identify recurring pain points and proactively suggest process enhancements, product content updates, or training needs to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Product, and Logistics—to stay current on new product launches, promotions, and policy changes.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions, role‑playing exercises, and performance reviews to sharpen communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Maintain a quiet, secure home office environment with a reliable high‑speed internet connection, adhering to arenaflex’s data‑security standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience in a customer‑facing role (call center, retail, hospitality, or online support).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and patient tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask across phone, chat, and email platforms while maintaining accuracy and composure.
