  • Root‑Cause Analysis: Collaborate with Business Banking and Product teams to identify underlying drivers of data gaps or anomalies and implement timely remediation plans.
  • Remediation Leadership: Lead cross‑functional remediation efforts for administrative and audit issues, ensuring corrective actions are documented and executed on schedule.
  • Reporting Governance: Manage the production, delivery, and quality assurance of all operational data reports and cycles within the CBO domain.
  • Control Framework Execution: Own the successful implementation of Data Change and Controls frameworks in partnership with Business Banking, CBO Satisfaction, Change Management, and Regulatory Reporting teams.

  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across Business Banking, CIB, Credit Risk, Regulatory, Business Controls, Data Governance, and Analytics.
  • Process Innovation: Champion data process improvements for CBO, feeding insights into broader process and technology transformation programs.
  • Control Guidance: Provide guidance on Data Controls framework implementation to ensure owners align with Data Governance strategy and policies.
  • Advocacy & Thought Leadership: Act as a champion for CBO by actively participating in the evolution of enterprise data governance solutions and tools.
