As a Remote Clinical Supervisor (OT or PT) at Homeside Rehab, you will work in a fully remote setting, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to provide critical clinical supervision and support to our therapy staff. About the Role:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to therapy staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and compliance with state and agency regulations
- Review and approve clinical documentation as needed, maintaining accurate and detailed records
- Collaborate with our clinical and administrative teams to drive quality patient care and business growth
- Ensure smooth operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Active Rhode Island OT or PT license
- Home care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
