Position Overview – Student Success Coach (Remote)

The Student Success Coach role at arenaflex is a dynamic, full‑time, work‑from‑home position that blends counseling, customer service, and academic advising. You will serve as a trusted mentor for a portfolio of enrolled students, providing proactive outreach, personalized guidance, and resource navigation throughout their degree programs. Key Responsibilities

• Student Outreach & Coaching: Conduct regular, scheduled phone calls and digital communications with assigned students to monitor academic progress, set goals, and address obstacles.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or international equivalent) recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in academic advising, admissions support, customer service, human resources, or counseling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of higher‑education policies, enrollment procedures, and student lifecycle management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional phone demeanor.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail when documenting student interactions.
