Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and accurately transcribe medical review documents from clients into Microsoft Excel or Word templates.
  • Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations by safeguarding protected health information (PHI) and limiting access to authorized personnel only.
  • Perform quality‑control checks on entered data to verify completeness, consistency, and correctness before submission.
  • Collaborate with the case management team to track the progress of each medical review case from intake through final processing.
  • Identify and flag any discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues for escalation to senior staff.
  • Document workflow steps and maintain organized electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and auditability.

Essential Qualifications
