Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant on our Global Equity team, your day-to-day work will directly support the operational heartbeat of the organization. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Proactive Data Audits: Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure operational compliance for equity-based long-term incentive plans and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Award Processing: Accurately processing the release of Performance Share Units (PSU), Restricted Stock Units (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Transaction Review: Carefully reviewing all equity transaction activity, including stock option exercises, RSU/PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to confirm precise purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Support: Researching, tracking, and responding to inquiries from plan participants, process partners, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Award Grant & Enrollment Support: Assisting with the administration of equity-based long-term incentive award grants and stock purchase plan enrollment processes.
  • Ad-Hoc Reporting & Analytics: Producing custom data analytics, dashboards, and reports to support ongoing operational decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Process Documentation: Reviewing and maintaining equity management procedures, process documentation, and internal controls to ensure ongoing accuracy and audit-readiness.
  • Additional Operational Tasks: Performing other equity plan management duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field — or equivalent practical work experience.
  • No Prior Industry Experience Required: This is a true entry-level opportunity. We welcome recent graduates and career changers who are eager to learn the equity administration space from the ground up.
  • Quick Learner: Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new tools, systems, processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • HRIS Familiarity: Foundational understanding of Human Resource Information Systems (Workday experience is highly preferred but not required).
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and convert findings into precise, actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a closely related field.
  • Hands-on experience with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and employee stock purchase plans.
  • Familiarity with data transfer workflows and integration between HRIS, payroll, and equity management platforms.
