About the Role
SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced Procurement Consultant for a 100% remote contract opportunity with an Arizona state agency. This part-time role (20 hrs/week) focuses on managing grant-funded procurement's and contracts for a state health agency. What You Will Do - Manage all grant-funded procurement's and contracts - Serve as the procurement point of contact for the grant - Issue, award, and manage solicitations including RFPs, RFQs, RFGAs, and Task Orders - Issue and manage Intergovernmental Service Agreements (ISAs) - Align procurement activities with grant requirements ensuring documentation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation - Attend planning and project management meetings - Coordinate with program leadership, finance, and the Chief Procurement Officer Required Qualifications - 5+ years of procurement experience, state or government procurement strongly preferred - Project management experience - Grants and grant contracting experience - Must be local to Arizona with current city and state on resume - Available for an in-person interview within 1 week - Able to start within 2 weeks of an offer To Apply Submit your resume with your current Arizona city and state listed.
