Key Responsibilities

As a remote member of our Customer Service team, you will be the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, delivering timely, accurate, and empathetic assistance to members, providers, and internal partners. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Providing multi‑channel support (phone, email, chat, and social media) to address inquiries related to coverage, claims, benefits, and policy details.
  • Ensuring every interaction is documented precisely in our CRM system, capturing essential details for future reference and compliance.
  • Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of member issues, from simple eligibility questions to more complex claim disputes, while adhering to established service level agreements.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—including underwriting, claims processing, and IT—to expedite resolutions and improve overall member experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least one (1) year of proven customer service experience in a call‑center, contact‑center, or office‑based environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work remotely with a dedicated, private workspace and a reliable, high‑speed internet connection (hard‑wired preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and courteously.
