Position Overview

The Remote Cabin Experience & Customer Care Specialist is a pivotal role within arenaflex's in‑flight service ecosystem. Working remotely, you will coordinate cabin cleaning, disinfecting, and safety inspections, ensuring each aircraft meets the highest standards of hygiene and presentation before every flight. You will also serve as a frontline customer service ambassador, addressing passenger concerns and supporting the broader cabin crew team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cleaning and disinfection of aircraft cabins according to arenaflex health and safety protocols.
  • Operate ground equipment safely, including freight vans, trucks, and high‑lift platforms.
  • Conduct comprehensive safety inspections before, during, and after each shift, documenting compliance with regulatory and company standards.
  • Utilize digital tools and tablets to log cleaning activities, track inventory, and report any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with on‑site maintenance and cabin crew to address any issues that could affect flight readiness.
  • Provide exceptional remote customer service, responding to passenger inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive travel experience.
  • Adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, including hearing protection, safety footwear, hard hats, and high‑visibility apparel.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, safety drills, and performance assessments to maintain peak proficiency.
  • Manage shift schedules flexibly, covering early‑morning, mid‑day, or evening slots based on operational demand.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum age of 18 and legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a Physical Ability Test (PAT) and demonstrate proficiency in lifting and maneuvering equipment.
