They are hiring a Junior Analyst to analyze executive compensation proposals and assist in producing voting recommendations, special reports, and engagement with corporate representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze executive compensation programs and equity-based compensation plans
  • Produce clear, well-reasoned voting recommendations for institutional investors
  • Conduct research for special reports, proxy season reviews, and thought leadership content
  • Assist in updating internal voting guidelines and training materials
  • Participate in engagement calls and meetings with corporate representatives
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong analytical writing and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
