Coordinator, Digital Marketing

NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their dynamic global team at Universal Pictures. The role involves supporting the development and execution of digital creative and social media strategies for films, managing creative asset processes, and handling administrative needs of the digital team.

Responsibilities

  • Self-reliant with the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with our internal dub rooms and external vendors to request and deliver materials on demand and to accurate specifications
  • Manage YouTube uploads of video content across multiple titles
  • Maintain Airtable media tracker across multiple titles
  • Maintain group asset libraries across Dropbox, Wiredrive, and Google Drive
  • Independently handle day-to-day asset requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with vendors and the legal team to ensure all contracts and NDAs are correctly executed
  • Process invoices and support budget tracking
  • Create marketing decks as needed
  • Coordinate vendor photography and asset pulls
  • Create and traffic specialty creative requests, including event invites, press mailers, e-blasts, and partner image requests (Google, YouTube, Apple, etc.)
  • Maintain and manage URL databases, including DNS updates
  • Set up social media accounts across multiple platforms for upcoming titles
  • Support team initiatives for trailer launches and events
  • Handle light administrative tasks for the VP, Digital Marketing, including scheduling, agendas, and meeting notes, etc

Skills

  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing within the entertainment industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong computer, writing, and technical skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital video content
  • Experience with presentation tools such as Keynote and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
  • Experience with video editing, along with familiarity with post-production workflows and file formats
