Quadient is a company that supports businesses in their digital transformation and growth journey through innovative automation solutions. They are seeking an Account Executive to identify and nurture leads, support the sales cycle, and engage with key decision-makers to enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems
  • Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision-makers
  • Engage with C-Suite leaders and influencers to understand their business needs
  • Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients
  • Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences

Skills

  • Candidates must reside in or be commutable to Los Angeles County for local travel to assigned customer accounts at least 2-3 days a week, non-field days are worked from home
  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
