Sales Development Representative

Infobip is a global leader in cloud communication technology, seeking a Sales Development Representative to manage inbound leads and connect prospects with the appropriate sales teams. This role serves as a crucial entry point into the commercial organization, requiring effective qualification of leads and collaboration with marketing to enhance lead quality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads for your region, responding within strict SLAs
  • Qualify prospects via inbound calls, chat-apps, and contact forms
  • Identify customer needs, segment, and vertical early to route leads correctly
  • Set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives in Tier 1 and Mid-Market teams
  • Maintain accurate lead, account, and activity data in Salesforce
  • Verify and enrich lead and account information using approved tools
  • Act as a quality checkpoint to ensure leads are ready for sales engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Continuously learn Infobip products, solutions, and business use cases

  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
  • Comfortable working with targets, SLAs, and structured processes
  • Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
