Inside Sales Representative - Healthcare Technology

InvisALERT Solutions is a company dedicated to improving patient safety and compliance in the healthcare sector. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to research, qualify leads, and connect with prospects in healthcare through cold emailing, while maintaining and expanding the database of prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of our products and learn the best ways to market them through cold emailing
  • Actively source potential leads and sales opportunities through targeted online research
  • Conduct thorough research to verify lead information, including contact details and business needs
  • Actively maintain and expand our existing database of prospects. Establish and maintain CRM standards and ensure accuracy. Leave it better than you found it
  • Analyze prospect data to identify successful patterns and trends, using available tools to track and qualify leads effectively
  • Quickly modify outreach strategies, messaging, and tactics based on prospect data, engagement signals and market trends to improve response rates
  • Generate business presentations and demonstration opportunities for Outside Sales Representatives through personalized email campaigns to targeted and relevant prospects
  • Assist and introduce Outside Sales Representatives during presentation opportunities
  • Appeal to prospects through creative, well-crafted, inventive emails and consistent follow-up emails to schedule presentations
  • Reach individual monthly, quarterly, and annual demonstration goals
  • Contribute to team huddles, strategies, and discussions
  • Participate in various trade shows across the country. Connect with prospects at trade shows and post-show follow ups to schedule

  • Proficiency with online research tools and ability to gather information from multiple sources, Zoom Info, LinkedIn, Google search, etc
  • Research and analytical skills to qualify leads, identify trends, and interpret information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player driven by team and individual goals
  • Takes initiative and comfortable working independently
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Previous CRM experience a plus
  • Proficient with web presentation tools (Teams, Zoom Meeting) a plus
  • Previous healthcare experience or mental health experience a plus
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Ability to Commute: West Chester, PA 19380 (Required)
  • Ability to Relocate: West Chester, PA 19380: Relocate before starting work (Required)
