[Remote] Business Development Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to qualify leads and book appointments for Program Specialists in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Work alliance and channel partner leads generated through strategic partnerships
  • Contact business owners and decision-makers to qualify interest and business fit
  • Book qualified appointments for Program Specialists and senior sales executives
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and activity updates inside HubSpot
  • Coordinate closely with closers to maximize appointment quality and show rates

Skills

  • 1–2 years of BDR, setter, appointment-setting, or sales development experience
  • Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
  • Organized and disciplined with follow-up
  • Self-motivated and competitive
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
