Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound leads provided by the company
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospective client goals
- Educate prospects on available services and solutions
- Build and maintain professional relationships with business owners
- Schedule consultations and coordinate follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Consistently achieve activity and performance objectives
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Sales, customer service, business development, recruiting, account management, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
