Position Overview

arenaflex is currently hiring a Remote Ecommerce Customer Service Representative – Data Entry & Online Support Specialist to join our dynamic customer care division. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for our online shoppers, providing accurate information, processing requests, and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of arenaflex. Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of the arenaflex customer service team, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support via phone, email, and online chat, maintaining a professional, empathetic, and courteous tone in every interaction.

  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining organized records within the company's CRM and database systems.
