arenaflex's Sales and Channel Strategy and Operations organization generates the revenue and programs that power our continuous expansion of products and services. In many ways, this team is the face of arenaflex for millions of global customers. Our Intelligent Tech Special Initiatives group is responsible for transforming the way we design new sales enablement experiences for staff at arenaflex partner locations worldwide, across thousands of retail touchpoints. We're searching for an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to support a team in building and delivering a groundbreaking new tool that will elevate the entire sales journey — for both customers and sales staff alike.

This role is unlike any other. The scope of work demands the flexibility to pivot from program strategy, to development, to operations, to experience design, to geographic execution. What You'll Do — Key Responsibilities

As the Content and Customer Experience Specialist supporting CSO's most strategic new Sales Enablement program at arenaflex, you will obsess over the customer experience and challenge the status quo to ensure the team delivers the best possible product at scale and on time. You'll collaborate across regional and global teams, including Channel Programs Development and Customer Sales Enablement, acting as a connective thread between strategy, design, and execution.

  • Map the Customer Journey: Partner closely with the program lead to chart every step of the customer experience and identify the most effective ways to meet strategic objectives.
  • Orchestrate Content from Multiple Sources: Gather, synthesize, and align content from diverse internal and external contributors into a cohesive, on-brand narrative.
  • Develop a Style Guide & Maintain a Content Library: Create and own a comprehensive style guide, curate a centralized library of all organizational content, and continuously monitor which pieces are performing well and which require updates.
  • Participate in Rapid Prototyping and Testing: Engage in fast-paced experimentation cycles, gather insights quickly, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Partner with IT and Product Management Teams: Build creative, cross-functional solutions that accelerate time-to-market, refine the overall customer experience, and drive measurable sales growth.
  • Champion User-Centered Design: Advocate for the customer at every stage, ensuring their needs, pain points, and aspirations shape the final product.
  • Drive Content Optimization: Use UI/UX best practices and digital marketing principles to ensure content drives engagement and conversion.

What We're Looking For — Key Qualifications

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years working with content development teams and regional partners — experience working in a specific geographic region is highly preferred.
  • Deep experience optimizing content through UI/UX and digital marketing to achieve measurable sales outcomes.
  • Extensive knowledge of consumer technology product features, benefits, and applications — familiarity with the arenaflex product ecosystem is a major plus.
  • Strong analytical ability with a knack for turning complex customer experience data into effective content strategies.
  • Prior experience with content management tools to influence both front-end and back-end solutions; Adobe Experience Manager experience is highly valued.
  • Adaptability and resilience — the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills — you can translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Unwavering ethics, values, integrity, and trust — you lead by example and hold yourself to the highest standards.

Preferred Education

  • BS or MS degree preferred, ideally in a field related to communications, marketing, business, design, or human-computer interaction.

Compensation & Benefits

At arenaflex, base pay is one piece of a comprehensive total compensation package determined within a range. This structure provides the opportunity to grow as you develop and advance within the role. The base hourly range for this position is $35–$40/hour, and your specific rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
